د. يحيى الجمل أستاذ بوحدة حساسية ومناعة الأطفال والرئيس السابق لقسم طب الأطفال بجامعة عين شمس ورئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية المصرية لحساسية ومناعة الأطفال والتى أسسها فى سنة 2002 ورئيس تحرير المجلة المصرية لحساسية ومناعة الأطفال وقد أسسها سنة 2003. حصل على دكتوراة طب الأطفال فى 1970 وانشأ أول وحدة متخصصة فى حساسية ومناعة الأطفال فى مصر والشرق الأوسط ملحقة بجامعة عين شمس فى 1988 وهى تشتمل علــى عيادة خارجية وقسم داخلى ومعمل لأبحاث وتحليلات المناعة.  له 99 بحثا ومقالة منشورين فى الدوريات العالميه والمحلية وعضو هيئة تحرير ومحكم بالعديد من المجلات الطبية بمصر والخارج. أشرف على 30 رسالة دكتوراة و81 رسالة ماجستير وشارك فى 112 مؤتمرا طبيا محليا وعالميا. عضو المجالس القومية المتخصصة بمصر وعضو بلجان التحكيم فى الجوائز التى تمنحها أكاديمية البحث العلمى والتكنولوجيا وتعلن الأكاديمية سنويا عن جائزه خاصة تحمل إسمه قيمتها 5000 جنيها مصريا تمنح للعلماء والباحثين فى مصر منذ عام 1989. زميل الأكاديمية الأمريكية للحساسية والربو الشعبى والمناعة منذ عام 1992 وعضو الأكاديمية الأوروبية للحساسية والمناعة الإكلينيكية منذ 2001 والكلية الأمريكية للحساسية والربو الشعبى والمناعة منذ 2007 وعضوا بكل جمعيات طب الأطفال المصرية. عضوا بمجلس إدارة الاتحاد الدولى لرؤساء أقسام طب الأطفال فى العالم ممثلا لقارة أفريقيا منذ 1998 وعضو المجموعة الفنية الاستشارية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية لدول شرق المتوسط منذ 2003. عمل أستاذا زائرا بمستشفى أطفال لوس أنجلوس جامعة جنوب كاليفورنيا فى يونيو 1980. أنتخب مؤخرا عضوا بمجلس إدارة المنظمة العالمية للحساسية.

Professor of Pediatrics, Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Unit, and ex-chairman of the Department of Pediatrics, Children's Hospital, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. President of the Egyptian Society of Pediatric Allergy & Immunology (ESPAI) which he has founded in 2002 and editor-in-chief of The Egyptian Journal of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology. He established the first specialized unit in pediatric allergy and immunology in Egypt in February 1988. It contains an outpatient clinic, an inpatient ward and an integrated immunology laboratory. Has 99 publications in national and international periodicals and is a member of the editorial board and regular reviewer of many national and several international journals. Supervised 30 PhD and 81 Masters Theses in pediatrics and shared in 112 congresses and scientific meetings. Member of several Egyptian National Specialized Councils and the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology grants a 5000 Egyptian pound distinction award carrying his name to scientists and researchers yearly since 1989. Fellow of the AAAAI since 1992 and affiliate member of the EAACI since 2001 and ACAAI since 2007 and member of all Egyptian pediatric societies. Member of the International Pediatric Chairs Association (IPCA) as representative of Africa since 1998 and member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) of the WHO in the East Mediterranean region since 2003. He worked as a visiting professor in Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, USC in June 1980. He was recently elected as a WAO board member.

Prof. Juan Carlos Ivancevich, MD

Nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina en 1957, obtuvo el título de médico en la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad del Salvador, USAL (1981). Realizó su formación de posgrado en Medicina Interna en el Hospital Aeronáutico (1983-1986) y obtuvo su título de especialista en alergia e inmunología por la Asociación Argentina de Alergia e Inmunología (1990).
Ha sido Profesor Auxiliar de la Cátedra de Fisiología y Farmacología de la Facultad de Medicina de la USAL (1982-1992) y médico del servicio de Alergia e Inmunología del Policlínico Ferroviario Central (1987-1999) y del Hospital Nacional Alejandro Posadas (2000-2006).
Actualmente es Jefe del servicio de Alergia e Inmunología de la Clínica Santa Isabel,  Profesor Adjunto de Inmunología de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad del Salvador,  Presidente electo de la Asociación Argentina de Alergia e Inmunología Clínica (AAAeIC)  y Vice-Presidente de la Sociedad Latinoamericana de Alergia, Asma e Inmunología (SLAAI). Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina,  in 1957, he obtained  his doctor's degree in the School of Medicine of the Salvador University, USAL (1981). He carried out his postgraduate formation in Internal Medicine in the Aeronautical Hospital (1983-1986) and obtained his specialist title in allergy and immunology at the Argentine Association of Allergy and Immunology (1990).
He has been Auxiliary Professor of Physiology and Pharmacology of the School of Medicine of the USAL (1982-1992) and staff of Allergy and Immunology in the Central Rail Policlínic (1987-1999) and in the Alejandro Posadas National Hospital (2000-2006).
At the present time is Head of of Allergy and Immunology of the Santa Isabel Clinic, Professor of Immunology of the School of Medicine of the Salvador University, elect-President of the  Argentine Association of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (AAAeIC) and Vice-president of the Latin American Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (SLAAI). Associated Editor of the journal  “Archives of Allergy and Clinical Immunology”. Regional editor of the WAO web site, and editor of the AAAeIC and of the SLAAI web sites.  Moderator of the Allergy Net, a distribution list of e-mail about allergy & immunology.

Anna Sala Cunill

Licenciada en Medicina y Cirugía por la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Rovira y Virgili de Reus (Tarragona), España, en 2002. Realizó su formación de Médico Interno Residente en el Hospital Universitario Vall de Hebron de Barcelona entre los años 2004-2008 y obtuvo su título de Especialista en Alergología en 2008. Actualmente trabaja como Facultativo Especialista en el Hospital Universitario Vall de Hebron y está cursando el Doctorado en el mismo Hospital.

Actualmente es miembro del Grupo español de estudio del Angioedema mediado por Bradicinina, miembro del Comité de Alergia Respiratoria de Catalunya desde junio de 2006 (Directora de uno de los proyectos y Secretaria del mismo desde 2008) y miembro de la "Societat Catalana d´Al.lèrgia i Immunologia Clínica", de la "Sociedad Española de Alergia e Inmunología Clínica" y de la "European Academy of Allergy and Clínical Immunology".

Anna Sala Cunill obtained her MD degree in the Rovira y Virgili University, Tarragona, Spain in 2002. Then, she did her formation in Allergy in the Vall d´Hebron Hospital (from 2004 to 2008) and obtained her specialist title in Allergy in 2008. 斎藤博久博士は1984年に医学博士を授与された後、1986年から88年に米国ジョンスホプキンス大学にて石坂公成、照子教授の指導のもと、免疫学、特にマスト細胞生物学を修得した。米国時代の業績の中ではヒトIL-3がマスト細胞ではなく好塩基球の増殖因子であることの同定が挙げられる。帰国後２００以上の論文を国際雑誌に発表している。それらの多くはマスト細胞研究、ゲノム研究、臨床アレルギー研究である。特に1966年にヒトマスト細胞の大量培養方法を確立している。現職は国立成育医療センター研究所免疫アレルギー研究部長、および慈恵医大小児科と順天堂大学医学部アトピー疾患研究センター教授を兼任している。編集者として、WAOのweb editorのほかに、日本アレルギー学会雑誌であるAllergology Internationalの編集委員長、WAOの公式雑誌であるInternational Archives of Allergy & Immunologyそして米国アレルギー学会雑誌Journal of Allergy & Clinical Immunologyの編集委員を担当している。

Dr. Hirohisa Saito received MD, PhD in 1984. From January 1986 to June 1988, he has learned about immunology by focusing on mast cell biology under supervision by Professor Teruko and Kimishige Ishizaka at Johns Hopkins University, USA. Among his papers in Johns Hopkins, identification of human interleukin-3 as the growth factor for basophils but not for mast cells would be highlighted. After return to Japan, he has published more than 200 papers in international journals. These are mainly mast cell biology, human genomics and clinical studies. He has established the method of obtaining a large number of human mast cells by culturing the progenitors in 1996. He is now working as the Director, Department of Allergy and Immunology, National Research Institute for Child Health and Development. He is also working as a Visiting Professor of Pediatrics in Jikei University Scholl of Medicine and in Atopy Research Center, Juntendo University. Regarding editorial tasks besides the WAO web editor, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief, Allergology International (the official journal of Japanese Society of Allergology), an Associate Editor of International Archives of Allergy & Immunology (the WAO journal) and an Editorial Board of Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
