Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or by bank transfer. Registrant is responsible for all fees associated with a bank transfer.

Fellow-in-Training, Student, Allied Health Professional Registration Types
Fellow-in-Training, Student, and Allied Health Professional registrants must submit a proof of status to take advantage of the registration discount. Materials can be submitted any time between now and check-in at WISC. If proof of status is not received, you will be required to pay the full on-site delegate rate before being able to pick up your registration materials, including your name badge and any tickets to Postgraduate Courses.

Acceptable proofs of status: Student ID, Letter in English on Department Letterhead, a Copy of a License to Practice

Not Acceptable: Business Cards, Email Verifications, Anything not produced in English

On-site Registration
On-site registration will begin on 5 December 2012 at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). Please check back for updates on registration hours and locations.

Cancellation and Refunds
Please send cancellations to the WISC Registration Office by email: Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • 15 July 2012:                           Full Refund less $80 administrative fee
  • 16 July - 31 October 2012:        50% Refund
  • After 31 October 2012:              No Refund

Substitution Policy
No substitutions are allowed for individual registrations. Within groups, however, you will be able to substitute until 31 October. After this date, you will be charged an $80 USD administrative charge per substitution/name change.
