House of Delegates E-vote

All 2009-2011 House of Delegate representatives must ratify the items in the 2010 House of Delegates E-vote that is currently in progress before 21 March 2011. Delegates should refer to the informational email sent 21 December 2010 from Kate Kirchner to access links to the ratification ballot and all supporting materials.

You are invited to attend the WAO Member Society Forum on 20 March 2011 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm during the AAAAI Annual Meeting, 2011 in San Francisco! Participate, network, and transform ideas into action by representing your Member Society in discussions with the WAO Board of Directors.

WAC 2011 - XXII World Allergy Congress

Join us in Cancún, México for the XXII World Allergy Congress (WAC 2011) on 4 to 8 December 2011. Over 5,000 delegates are expected to participate in this meeting in partnership with the WAO Member Societies in México including: Mexican College of Pediatricians Specialized in Allergy and Clinical Immunology (COMPEDIA) and the Mexican College of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology (CMICA).

Network with international researchers, clinicians, physicians and other allied health professionals from over eighty countries. WAC’s excellent scientific program includes: 9 “New Horizon” Sessions, 9 Plenary Sessions, 54 Symposiums, 33 Breakfast Sessions, 39 Oral Abstract Sessions, 3 Poster Sessions showcasing over 1,000 abstract submissions and 33 Workshop Sessions.

WAO Henning Løwenstein Research Award 2011

The WAO Henning Løwenstein Research Award is a biennial award given to a young scientist who has shown excellence within the field of allergy.

The award winner will receive €20,000 and a travel grant to attend the WAO Congress in Cancún, Mexico, December 4-8, 2011.
