The World Allergy Organization (WAO) is a worldwide alliance of national and regional allergy and clinical immunology societies and organizations dedicated to raising awareness and advancing excellence in clinical care, education, research and training in the field of allergy. The World Allergy Organization Journal is the official publication of the WAO. The primary goals of the World Allergy Organization Journal are:

• To become a premier journal of original scientific and clinically relevant information for practicing allergist/immunologists and other physicians concerned with the practice of allergy and clinical immunology.
• To publish state-of-the-art review articles and editorials on translational and clinical medicine in the field of allergy and immunology.
