A thirteen year old female patient presents with daily urticaria of 7 months duration. The weals are 3-5 cm in diameter, itchy and each lesion persists for 1-2 hours. She also gives history of photosensitivity. Her urine analysis shows proteinuria 700 mg/day and red blood cell casts.
