Registration for Allied Health Professionals
Allied Health Professionals are eligible to receive the discounted registration rate. Please submit proof of certification via email to: WAC2011registration@worldallergy.org. The fee includes full Congress registration and admission to the full day Allied Health Session on 3 & 4 December 2011. However, to gain entry to the Allied Health Session, you must confirm your attendance in the Online Registration form. Seating capacity is limited. Only those who confirm attendance to the full-day Allied Health Session in the online registration form or on-site will be admitted.

Allied Health Session Only Registration
The Congress also offers an Allied Health Session Only registration for the 1st WAO Allied Health Session on 3 and 4 December 2011. This registration does not give access to the regular Congress sessions, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, All-Congress Event or Exhibition area.

Registration for Students
PhD students, MD students or Fellows-in-Training are eligible to receive the discounted registration rate. Please submit proof of enrollment signed by the Head of Department with your registration.

Payment
Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or by bank transfer. Registrant is responsible for all fees associated with a bank transfer.

On-site Registration
On-site registration will begin on 3 December 2011 at the Cancun Center.

Cancellation and Refunds
All notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to the WAO Secretariat at: WAC2011Registration@worldallergy.org.

Refund Policy
Before 31 October 2011 – 100% Refund (with an $100 USD handling fee charge)
After 31 October 2011 – No Refund
