WISC Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all Scientific Sessions

  • Lunch on 6, 7, 8 and 9 December
  • Coffee Breaks on 6, 7, 8 and 9 December

Payment
Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or by bank transfer. Registrant is responsible for all fees associated with a bank transfer.

Group Registrations
Group registration will be available June 2012.

Online Registration
All registrations must be made using the online system. Online registrations are accepted until Midnight, US Central, 30 November 2012.

On-site Registration
On-site registration will begin on 5 December 2012 at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). Please check back for updates on registration hours and locations.

Cancellation and Refunds
Please send cancellations to the WISC Registration Office by email: wiscRegistration@worldallergy.org. Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • 15 July 2012:                           Full Refund less $80 administrative fee
  • 16 July - 31 October 2012:        50% Refund
  • After 31 October 2012:              No Refund

Substitution Policy
No substitutions are allowed for individual registrations. Within groups, however, you will be able to substitute until 31 October. After this date, you will be charged an $80 USD administrative charge per substitution/name change.
