Member Society representatives are invited to attend the upcoming WAO Member Society Forum.

It will be held on 23 February 2015 at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas, USA.

 Remembering Carlos E Baena-Cagnani, WAO Past President (2003-2005)

Prof Carlos Baena-Cagnani passed away on 31 December 2014. He served as WAO President from 2003-2005 and was highly respected in the allergy/immunology and respiratory medicine fields worldwide.

The WAO Henning Løwenstein Research Award is a biennial award given to a young scientist who has shown excellence within the field of allergy. The 2015 Award includes €20,000* and a travel grant to attend the Symposium of Specific Allergy, SOSA, in Rome, Italy, 19-21 November, 2015.
