Publication of Abstracts
Accepted abstract Authors will have their abstract published as a supplement to the WAO Journal. Only abstracts that have not been previously published will be published.
** Please read the Abstract Guidelines carefully. Any Guideline that is not followed will result in an incomplete abstract and will not be published **
Attendance of Presenters
WAO cannot guarantee that Presenting Authors who do not show up during the session will be accepted for abstract presentations at future meetings.
Travel
Presenting Authors are responsible for arranging and paying for their own registration, travel and hotel arrangements. Affordable accommodation options are available at: http://www.worldallergy.org/wisc2016/accommodations/
Visas
Visitors from some foreign countries will require a Visa. WAO will not be held liable if you are unable to receive your Visa before WISC 2016. Registration refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend the Conference due to not obtaining a visa. Please allow a minimum of 6 months to complete the visa application process.

Poster Sessions
General Information
Poster Sessions will take place from 12.30-13.30 on 6-8 December. Location will be updated at a later date.
Poster Preparation Guidelines
The following are poster preparation guidelines for authors whose abstract was accepted for poster presentation at WISC 2016.
The recommended poster size is .90m wide x 1.20m height (Portrait Layout). Posters should be readable by viewers from up to five feet away.
- The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
- Illustrations, labels, etc. must be attached to the poster board with tape, which will be available in the poster area.
- Abstract Title and authors must be listed on the upper left-hand corner of the Poster
- A label listing the funding source(s) must be displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the poster board.
On-Site Printing Option
If you don’t want to travel with your poster, you can take advantage of on-site printing through Sukonik Studio Team. You may pick up your poster at the Poster Help Desk in the Poster area during Registration Hours.
Please submit files to: studio@sukonik.net no later than Friday, 28 October 2016
Files should be submitted via PDF/JPEG or EPS
Resolution:
- 100 DPI for 1:1 cm ratio
- 150 DPI for 1:2 cm ratio
- 1000 DPI for 1:10 cm ratio

** Costs of the Poster Printing will be approximately $130 USD
Registration
All Presenting Authors of Abstracts will receive a discount to attend WISC 2016! You will be able to access this discount upon submitting your abstract.
