Credentials are verified by the WAO Secretariat for a reduced registration rate. Acceptable verification can either be a letter on department letterhead confirming status or a copy of a valid University identification card.

*Delegates who do not wish to attend the Welcome Reception will benefit from a reduced registration fee.
Payment
Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). All payments will be charged in USD.
Online Registration
All registrations must be made using the online system. If you are having technical difficulties with the online registration system please contact customer service by email WAO@showcare.com or by phone +1 (514) 380-5380.
On-site Registration
On-site registration will begin on 04 December 2015 at Trump National Doral Miami. Please check back for updates on registration hours and location.
Cancellation Policy
Please send cancellations by e-mail to WAO@showcare.com or by fax at +1 514 289-9844. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks of submitting your cancellation notice, please contact the Registration Office to verify receipt.
Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:
By 31 July 2015: Full refund less $85 USD administrative charge
01 August - 30 September 2015: 50% refund
After 01 October 2015: No refund
Group Registrations
If you have inquires about group registration please email Symposium@worldallergy.org.
Substitution Policy
No substitutions are allowed. Individuals will have to cancel the original registration and the new person will have to create a new registration. Within groups, however, you will be able to substitute at any time up until the regular registration deadline (30 September 2015). After this date, you will be charged an $85 USD administrative charge per substitution/name change.
