Junior Member* $300 $350
Allied Health Professional* $300 $350

 

*Junior Member pricing is available to people under 35 and/or within 5 years of graduation from a training program allergy, asthma, clinical immunology or related field. Proof is required in order to qualify.

*Allied Health Professional pricing is available to scientific attendees working in healthcare professions who are not Clinicians nor Physicians. Dieticians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and health/medical technicians are considered AHPs. Proof of certification as an AHP must be provided in order to qualify.

Wire Transfers

While credit card is the preferred method of payment for the meeting, registrants may pay for their registration fees by wire transfer. Please note that some financial institutions charge a processing fee, which is deducted from the amount of the transfer. Partial payment may result in an incomplete registration. If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, please email info@worldallergy.org or more information.

 

Invitation Letters

Invitation letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates. Please email info@worldallergy.org. for more information on requesting a letter of invitation.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Registration Fee

Full refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted for meeting registration cancellation until 31 March 2023. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after 17 April 2023. Refund requests should be submitted, in writing, to the WAO office. All refunds will be processed after the programs. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 May 2023.
