The Kosovo Immunology Asthma and Allergy Association is a professional, non-governmental medical organization dedicated to advancing the fields of immunology, asthma, and allergy in Kosovo. The Association brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, and academics committed to improving the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of allergic, immunologic, and respiratory diseases.

Its mission is to promote scientific research, professional education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public awareness in the field of allergy and clinical immunology. The Association also aims to strengthen national and international cooperation, support continuous medical education, encourage participation in scientific projects and conferences, and contribute to the improvement of patient care and public health policies related to asthma, allergy, and immune-mediated diseases.
