About the Center: The Immunology and Allergy service at the Royal Hospital in Oman, offers a comprehensive multidisciplinary service for patients with complex allergy, asthma, primary and secondary immunodeficiency and immune‑mediated diseases. The service integrates evidence‑based medicine, day‑case and inpatient pathways, and structured follow‑up to optimize outcomes and quality of life, while working closely with respiratory, ENT, dermatology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, hematology and intensive care teams. It is committed to training healthcare professionals, engaging patients and families in shared decision‑making, supporting national guidelines, and developing research and innovation to advance immunology and allergy care in Oman.
