Purposes: 
To promote the study, research and dissemination of knowledge in the field of the specialty, with special emphasis on the most frequent immunoallergic pathologies in Paraguay
To stimulate the training of doctors for the Specialty
Establish adequate mechanisms for the Certification and Recertification of professionals in the specialty
Maintain relationships with similar entities, National or Foreign
Promote and collaborate with any action that tends to improve medical care in the field of specialty
To ensure a dignified relationship between the Doctor and the Patient
To train specialist physicians committed to the Paraguayan Society and to their ongoing medical training
